Terms and Conditions

Our goal is to provide students with excellent support as they pursue excellence in their academic endeavors. The support of our customers is much appreciated. In order to provide each and every one of our clients with the best service possible, we have established a code of conduct. The following are the official service terms and conditions.

• If a login code is needed, the customer must provide us access to receive it. This access can be via an email forwarder, a text message, or the app. We will not be held liable for any errors that may have resulted from the use of a login code to access the book if this cannot be achieved. Because the designated specialist will require time to review the specifics of the order, you should receive the consultant's approval before delivering any work under a tight deadline.
• Anything forwarded to your educational institution, whether digital or physical, is not the responsibility of the business. Video, audio, or photographic evidence, as well as any required in-person appearances, fall under this category.
• If the client does not submit any assignments, paperwork, or other necessary information to the institution, for example, login passwords, course materials, etc., we will not be responsible for it. For example, if the client uses our study materials but then fails to show up for a test after utilizing them, or if their internet connection is too slow (less than 50 Mbps), we will cover the costs associated with those issues.
• Our main responsibility is to ensure that you perform well in your academics; we will not be held liable for any technical issues that may arise before or during the exam, whether they are phone-, electronic-, hardware-, software-, network-, Internet-, email-, or computer-related.
• The client is still obligated to stay in touch with the customer service staff, regardless of where they are, in order to get updates and monitor the progress of the matter.
• We will not be able to fulfill any orders placed on Friday or during the weekend until Monday.
