Our Refund Policy

We have designed customer-friendly refund Policies to make the service convenient for our clients while they decide to use it. Our Legal Department has the power to decide on the amount that will be repaid to customers. Refundable amounts are conditional on specific events.

Applicable Conditions

Please make sure you fully understand our Refund Policies before placing an order with us. Please be advised that in case you don’t agree with our policy then it’s better to abstain the service.

• If the company fails to meet the standard of the work, in such cases we will accept your claim for refund.
• Refunds will only be processed for customers who seek them within the first 30 days after purchase.
• Customers might expect a service charge deducted from their total payment in case if you have utilized any of the service.
• Customers are required to provide supporting documents in order to process refund requests.

Acceptable Reasons

• The client has the right to a refund if they obtain more than 30% of work that is not original.
• Our clients have the right to request a refund in the event that the work we have completed for them falls short of the standards set by the subject.
• After the customer has gone through both of the service provider's changes and is still unhappy, they can request a refund.
• Customers are requested to wait one month after submitting a refund claim before doing so, since this is the usual amount of time needed to do a thorough evaluation of the task.
• No matter how small the repair, it will be considered a revision and subtracted from the total amount that will be repaid.
• We shall consider it a breach of contract and take corrective action if a customer contacts a third party (e.g., a bank, a law firm, or another payment merchant) prior to contacting us. Strict regulatory action will be taken against clients who attempt to harm our policies by making fraudulent claims.
